Rolling bearings are ball bearings, roller (tapered) bearings and needle bearings. They often work at high speeds and under heavy loads. After long-term use, wear, ablation, fracture, fatigue spalling and spots will occur on rolling bodies and raceways.

　　滾動軸承一般不拆供檢查。在檢驗過程中進行清洗，通過外部檢驗、空轉(zhuǎn)檢驗和內(nèi)部間隙檢驗來判斷其質(zhì)量。

　　Rolling bearings are generally not disassembled for inspection. In the process of inspection, cleaning is carried out, and its quality is judged by external inspection, idling inspection and internal clearance inspection.

　　1. 外檢發(fā)現(xiàn)有下列情況之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)更換或者修改。

　　1. If one of the following circumstances is found in the external inspection, it shall be replaced or modified.

　　(1)鋼球、滾子及內(nèi)外滾道因燒蝕而改變原有光澤。

　　(1) The original luster of steel balls, rollers and inner and outer raceways is changed by ablation.

　　(2)軸承內(nèi)外滾道產(chǎn)生撞擊痕跡、擦傷、擦傷和異常磨損。

　　(2) The internal and external raceways of bearings produce impact marks, scratches, abrasions and abnormal wear.

　　(3)軸承內(nèi)外滾道、鋼球和滾子裂紋、金屬分層、水垢剝落及大量黑點。

　　(3) Cracks in inner and outer raceways, steel balls and rollers, metal delamination, scale peeling and a large number of black spots of bearings.

　　(4)在隔離環(huán)中，密封圈有穿透性裂紋，缺少鉚釘或松動。

　　(5)鋼球隔離環(huán)槽磨損過大，鋼球會自行脫落。

　　圓錐滾子磨損時，工作面的小端面凸出在軸承外的閥座環(huán)端面上。

　　2. 空轉(zhuǎn)試驗:空轉(zhuǎn)軸承，檢查軸承轉(zhuǎn)動是否輕巧靈活，無噪聲、滯止、堵塞。軸承旋轉(zhuǎn)的不均勻性可以通過手的感覺來判斷。

　　2. idle test: idle bearing, check whether the rotation of the bearing is light and flexible, no noise, stagnation, blockage. The non-uniformity of the bearing rotation can be judged by the feeling of the hand.

　　3.通過檢查滾珠軸承的徑向間隙和軸向間隙，檢查滾珠軸承的磨損情況，確定是否在規(guī)定的值范圍內(nèi)。
