客戶反應(yīng)他的別克車在行駛30000km后，突然感覺到?jīng)]有剛買時那么動力十足，連車庫入口處一個很小的坡道都爬不上，非要猛踩油門到3000r/，才能勉強(qiáng)爬坡，另外車輛起步到達(dá)中高速80～90km/h后，再往上提速就很困難。

將擋位掛到空擋“N”，加油門，發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速能達(dá)到5000～6000r，且發(fā)動機(jī)運(yùn)行聲音正常，發(fā)動機(jī)無故障。

Put the gear into neutral "N" and the accelerator, the engine speed can reach 5000-6000r, and the sound of the engine is normal, and the engine is trouble-free.

將車子用舉升機(jī)抬起，掛到各個前進(jìn)、后退擋位，踩下油門，車輪都能正常轉(zhuǎn)動，用接桿聽變速箱左右兩端軸承處，沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)異響聲音。將接桿放到變扭器處的主動鏈輪支架軸承處檢查，也沒有異響，整個變速箱沒有特別異常的聲音。將變速箱與發(fā)動機(jī)接口處的防塵罩取下，在停車擋時檢查變扭器的溫度，屬于正常范圍。

The connecting rod is used to listen to the bearings at the left and right ends of the gearbox, and no abnormal sound is found. Place the connecting rod at the bearing of the active sprocket bracket at the torsion converter for inspection, and there is no abnormal sound in the whole gearbox. Remove the dust cover at the interface between gearbox and engine and check the temperature of the torsion converter when stopping, which belongs to the normal range.

將車放下，拉出自動變速箱的油尺，發(fā)現(xiàn)油質(zhì)稍微有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)深色且有淡淡的油焦味，但還屬于正常狀態(tài)。

Put the car down and pull out the oil ruler of the automatic transmission. It is found that the oil is slightly dark and has a slight smell of tar, but it is still in normal condition.

將車開到車間外一個小坡處，掛上擋，松開剎車踏板，車子竟然沒有動，加油門到3500r/min，車子開始慢慢起步，再將擋位掛到1擋，不加油松開油門踏板，車子還在原地不動。將擋位掛到倒擋“R”，出現(xiàn)同樣的情況，只有猛踩油門車子才會移動。

　　檢查TECH 2中的DTC故障碼，發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩個故障碼，分別是P0756、P0758，汽修資源微信1106037754此為2-3換擋線圈功能性缺陷和電氣故障。在行駛中用TECH 2檢查變速箱運(yùn)行時的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)：1－2擋的換擋時間正常，2－3擋的換擋時間是2.5s，大大超出正常范圍，3－4擋的換擋時間也正常，檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)，盡管各個擋位的換擋時間都在行駛中變化，但變速箱的齒輪比始終是在1.0左右（0.98-1.02），沒有變化。
